Surron Ultra Bee FootBrake w/ Beefy Dual Caliper Mount 2026

This is the newest 2026 ultra bee footbrake setup with an upgraded beefy dual caliper mount. The mount is thicker where it matters, preventing twisting from hard use. Tested thoroughly and consistently works well. Available in black or silver.

Includes:

• Caliper and good quality brake pads
• HSK master cylinder
• Foldable footbrake pedal to prevent damage when hitting rocks
• Left and right billet footpeg mounts
• Beefy dual caliper mount with removable honeycomb rotor guard. Thoroughly tested and does not bend or warp.
• Brake line and crush washers and any necessary hardware

*Does not include brake fluid. Use DOT4/5.1. We recommend Motul RBF600.

Installation: Install caliper pin and clip on new caliper. Make sure to grease the caliper pins. The caliper comes dry so it will need to be bled. Easily bleed by removing the wheel and propping it up on a bucket or similar so its higher than the master. Put caliper on rotor and temporarily secure with ziptie while bleeding. Fill reservoir, pump brake lever a few times.  Then hold brake lever down and open caliper bleed screw. Do this repeatedly until the footbrake is hard. 

Bed the pads by lightly dragging them for a minute or 2 followed by letting them cool for a few minutes, repeating until they progressively bite more. Try to avoid locking the brakes up or overheating them from overuse for the first 10 miles. We suggest adjusting the footbrake lever so it sits lower than the footpeg using the master adjustment nut to lower the foot lever.
